Individual Counselling

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I work with adults in recovery from addiction and disordered eating who may appear to be functioning on the outside but still feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. With over 20 years of experience, I bring a trauma‑informed, heart‑centered approach that honors both body and mind.

Together, we explore old patterns, the parts that learned to cope through overthinking, food, or substances, and how larger systems of power have shaped personal stories. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing—it’s about meeting experience with kindness and finding a sense of home within.

Author Visits

Each author visit can be tailored to the specific needs of the classroom, with discussions on topics such as kindness, bullying and assertiveness, gender stereotypes, self-esteem and following the heart, and the creative process of writing and publishing a book.

Drawing on my extensive background developing self-development curricula for elementary students—including my work with Saleema Noon—I use playful metaphors to help kids connect with their emotions, thoughts, and inner voice. These interactive visits give teachers and students a meaningful starting point for honest conversations about subjects that truly matter.

Group facilitation

For organizations and community groups, I am available to facilitate groups focused on healing from disordered eating, anxiety, and addiction.

With over 20 years experience of group facilitation work, I create safe, relational, and supportive spaces for meaningful personal growth.
